Maestro Celestino Serenas roasts wild Tobala in an earth oven stoked with pine, mango wood, and volcanic rock, then grinds it with a limestone tahona and ferments in open pine wood vats using natural spring mountain water. The spirit that comes out is dense, layered, and unlike anything else: burnt toffee, roasted nuts, and a caramel fade that'll make you want to sit a little longer. Nutty, Burnt Toffee, Caramel.
