Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase. Every order requires an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. The carrier will verify a valid government-issued photo ID at the door. Orders cannot be left unattended, and we cannot deliver to anyone who is unable to provide proof of age.
Where We Ship
We ship to U.S. states where direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping is legally permitted. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout based on your shipping address. If we are unable to ship to your state, you will not be able to complete checkout to that address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier. Because an adult signature is required, we recommend shipping to an address where someone 21+ will be available to sign during the day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Any applicable taxes are also calculated at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will make it right. If a package is returned to us because no eligible adult was available to sign after multiple delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Returns
Due to state and federal laws governing the sale of alcohol, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on delivered products except in the case of damage or a fulfillment error on our part. If something is wrong with your order, reach out and we will take care of you.
