43% ABV | A. Karwinskii | 8–14 Years

Slow-grown for over a decade in San Dionisio Ocotepec. Fire-roasted in a stone oven with encino wood and river rock, then stone-milled, fermented in sabino wood open air vats, and 2x copper-distilled. What emerges is pure luxury — sweet vanilla on the nose, a hit of cracked black pepper mid-palate, and a kiss of pink grapefruit on the finish. Vanilla, Black Pepper, Grapefruit.
