47% ABV | A. Angustifolia & A. Rhodacantha | Espadín 5–7 yrs, Mexicano 10–14 yrs

Two agaves. One vision. Maestro Tio Rene tends to hand harvested agave in Zimatlán de Alvarez, roasting them in mesquite wood and volcanic rock, using natural mountain spring water, and fermenting in sabino wood vats. Sweet tobacco and tart green apple — approachable on the palate, complex on the finish.
