47.8% ABV | A. Angustifolia & A. Karwinskii | Espadín 5–7 yrs, Cuishe 9–15 yrs

An 80/20 field blend born from the earth-oven fires of Santiago Matatlán, where Maestro Joel Hernandez layers encino and mesquite wood with river rocks to slow-roast two varieties of agave into something extraordinary. Fermented in sabino wood vats and 2x copper-distilled. Bold, alive, and unapologetically smokey — with a kick of shishito pepper and firepit char that lingers long after the last sip.
